As a general rule, I am usually booked with current clients for 6–8 weeks.
You’ll have your complete brand suite in your hands within 2–4 weeks and this depends a lot on how quickly you can be available for feedback, decision making and approvals.
I do offer 2 rounds of revisions, however, with 10+ years design experience, formal qualifications and hundreds of branding clients under my belt, this is not a reflection of my abilities. Rather, once you see the first round of brand design, it may inspire you to explore a particular element in further detail or play with things like colour or typography. These rounds of revisions ensure we’ve explored all options for the brand of your dreams.
Cashflow in business is such a tricky beast (as an ex-ecomm beauty owner, I totally get it). Though, a question to consider is, what’s the cost of not investing in your business’s branding? This is what works to grow your business’s reputation, credibility and commitment to a future amongst the big players. For this reason, I require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. This protects our time, and solidifies your commitment to your business’s future.

Shopify Design & Glow Ups

Absolutely. You’ll be involved every step of the way. The glowup service includes updates to the aesthetic, website structure and backend systems, such as upsell integration and free shipping triggers.
Yes, I offer the option to secure your start date into the future with a non-refundable deposit. Though I do find that for the business owners who bite the bullet and hit the ground running, their only regret is not overhauling their site sooner.

I primarily design on Shopify for e-commerce brands and Showit or Squarespace for service-based businesses, depending on what makes the most sense for your goals, content and future growth.

Absolutely. My goal is always to create something elevated but easy for you to manage. You’ll receive handover guidance so you feel confident making simple edits, swapping images, updating copy and keeping things fresh.
